Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture items may take 10-14 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, ShopBobbys ships to the contiguous United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your order directly through your ShopBobbys account dashboard.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange for a free replacement or refund.
